A more mindful approach to work, once learnt, becomes a part of everyday life for many; something they would not do without. And so it is not surprising that people are seeking opportunities to practice at work with like-minded colleagues. Taking a break from constant activity is one thing, but to simply be still, deeply so, is to allow any agitation to fall away and new energy to arise. With clarity of mind comes efficiency in action which benefits all.
